Founder & Owner
Phil Royannez
Phil is Engineer, Musician, Music Producer, and Martial Instructor. He has more than 45 years of martial arts practice and more than 35 years of Music experience. Phil started Judo in 1975. He practiced it for 20 years and fought in many national and international tournaments. In 1990 he converted to other martial arts with a focus on Karate. He currently holds a 4th degree black belt in Shinkyokushin Full contact Karate, 2nd degree in Shotokan Karate, 1st degree black belt in Judo, 1st degree black belt in Taekwondo. He is an unconventional instructor and often come up with creative methods to teach particular topics and area for improvements. He often put emphasis on Karate applications for fitness and practical street self defence. He also holds two Master degrees and one PhD in Physics and Electrical Engineering and systematically applies Scientific principles and body mechanics in his teaching.

I’m Ellen Chan, and I’m not your average personal trainer & instructor. My journey in the world of health and fitness began long before I decided to make it my profession—it started with an unwavering passion when I was 12 years old.
What sets me apart is my unbridled enthusiasm for health and fitness. My life revolves around helping individuals like you transform not only their bodies but their entire lives through fitness. My approach isn’t just about routines and sets; it’s about igniting a lasting flame of well-being within you.
One of my core values is compassion. I understand that embarking on a fitness journey can be daunting, and I’m here to walk every step of the way with you. I know the frustrations, the self-doubt, and the plateaus that can come your way. DJ and Personal Trainer
Fabian Hartman
Fabian is a DJ and personal trainer and group fitness instructor based in Singapore. Usually offering outdoor bootcamps, he will now add a new class to his repertoire: „Hot Iron“. This class combines muscular strength and endurance with the use of bodyweight exercises and dumbbells. It's a great way to build strength and stamina while having a great time. Fabian is passionate about helping his clients reach their fitness goals and specializes in creating unique and challenging workouts that push his clients to their limits. Music is a big part of his workouts, so get ready to sweat to the beat. His clients have praised him for his enthusiasm and his ability to make each workout fun and interesting. Fabian's classes are always full of energy and his clients leave feeling invigorated and motivated.
